Store Policies

At Delightful Creations we stand behind our product. Any defective or damaged items can be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit.  Simply email us at delightful.creations@live.com to request a RMA # and return your item(s) to our store. 

·  Returns/Exchanges 
Within 14 days of the original purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange if they are unopened and in original condition.  A 25% restocking fee will be assessed for returned items. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges which have already been incurred.
